Abnormal mensuration cycle

Asked for Female, 25 Years

I am suffering from abnormal mensuration cycle from last 3 months. My delivery was done in April 2018. After that I have no period till 2019. Sometimes I used to have emergency pills or medicines then only I had periods. But on March 2nd this year, I have period. And it was till 27th March. During this I was suffering from heavy bleeding. After that I have again period on April 15 and it ends on 20 april. Again it came on 25th April for 1 days and automatically disappeared. Unfortunately again today morning my vergina is bleeding. During this I felt abdominal pain. This has never happened in past or before pregnancy. I don't know what to do. Please suggest me proper treatment.
