Mensuration cycle after delivery

Asked for Male, 27 Years

I delivered baby in May 2018. After delivery, Mensuration has stopped. It come once only after 1 and a half month i. e. In June'18. After that I didn't get mensuration. And my belly fat is also increasing day by day Kindly suggest? Is it normal or not and how to reduce belly fat?
