Hi My son is 21 months old delivered through c section and I am still lactating and feeding him once or max twice a day..since the time I have reduced feeding him I have observed that my period cycle has increased from 5-6 days to 8-12 days..where in first few days there is either brown discharge or scanty periods and at the end my period is brown black and again very minimal ..in between flow is fine..I have pregnancy induced thyroid which I get regularly checked..and is always under 3..I just want to know why I am facing this problem..4-5 months back when I consulted Gynae , she did some hormone test prolactin n all and she told its not of a hormonal issue but it is because I am lacatating
