If you are having irregular periods only in this  cycle then wait for another two weeks. You should consult a Gynaecologist personally to get your ultrasound done also.

It may be because of any medicine u have taken or any exertion physically or mentally  or a hormonal problem   .
Next Steps
you need to visit gynaec to rule out the cause for this
