Menstruation Problem
Hi,
For last 3 years am facing the problem of irregular menstruation. Am getting periods only 4 month once like that.
Still am studying there is no problem in period but I joint in one BPO company before 3 years and working night shift. From that am facing the problem of irregular periods.
I Had a treatment with doctors to resolve it however I came to know that I have problem of ovarian cyst (Neer katti) . Please advise how we can cure this and is this lead to pregnancy problem

Hello there.
I can understand your concern.
Your problem could be because of stress/ hormonal imbalances/ PCOD etc.
Have you noticed any weight gain recently?
Kindly consult a gynaecologist in person, get a ultrasound of abdomen and pelvis, thyroid profile.
She should examine you and then she will be able to say what's wrong and then treat accordingly.
Have food at regular intervals, do yoga/pranayama/ meditation to tackle stress.
Avoid smoking.
