Hi doc,
i am facing a problem since two to three months i guess ,my menstruation cycle is getting difference of one week every month, for example i got it on29 th of feb and now on 23rd of march is it normal??? and i m facing severe beackache for first two days in these days. Eagerly looking for a reply so that i can seek for medocal help as well.

According to Ayurveda this might be due to increased body heat & undernourished uterus . You need herbal ,minerals supplements
U can take
1) strirasayan vati (patanjali)
2 tab 2 time a day after meal with milk
