Menstruation pain

I have a lot of stomach cramps during my periods. The pain is soo much that it becomes difficult to even get out of bed. In fact, the whole body aches, and I feel very weak. What could be the possible reason for that? My periods are always regular.

If u have regular periods and with stomach cramps, it indicates ovulatory cycle and nothing to worry specially.
