This month I had periods 13 aug after that I got bleeding at Aug 29 with stomach pain this is first time my menstrual Cycle change after marriage what is the reason

If you are newly married it may be due to stress and atmospheric changes . It may be because of some medicine like I pill. As it's first time don't worry. If it happens again need check up
