Menstruation Cramps but no bleeding
I am a married woman of 27 years age. I have missed my period and it has been 42 days from my last cycle prenancy strip test is negative, tried thrice and result is same. Experiencing mood swings, no feeling of hunger, getting cramps and pain in thighs and legs. Please suggest.
