Menstrual Problem - Since Last 1.5 Year I Get Clots 2 Or 3 Days

Since last 1.5 year i get clots 2 or 3 days before my periods alongwith pain in my stomach.Other than this i have no other problem.Please tell me the reason behind this and how can i cure it?
