Menstrual problem
I got my periods during sex and after that there was no flow of blood and 3 days back i felt like i got my periods but same issue and i recently relocated so is it due to weather and food change or is it serious.

Bleeding during sex is not your periods that's called postcoital bleeding and that needs to be investigated
Rather than attributing the delay to the weather and food changes you need investigations to find out the reason

Bleeding during sex is not a period. Irregular bleeding is a sign of hormonal imbalance which can be brought about by weather and food changes.
