Menstrual problem (have hypo thyroidism)

At age of 18 to 19, I suffered with little white and blood discharge with missing period. A doctor gave coarse of progesterone tablets for 3 months. Later after few years the same repeated and I myself used progesterone tablets for 5 days. 2 years back, I visited a gynecologist. Done scan and said no problem with my ovary and adviced to use the same hormone tablets for 5 days as my wish. After 10 days I got my period. I used to get severe cramps also in period time. Some months i used to experience this pre period discharges but after few days i get my period. But due to lockdown I haven't physically worked for 3 months. I suffered with watery vaginal discharge last month. Later while working I got blood discharge. I thought I got period but after 2 to 3 hrs it stopped. Later few days I suffered with little amount of brown discharge. Then since 10 days I am suffering watery blood kind of discharge which is little when I do not work and increasing a bit when I have physical movement.
