  4. Menstrual. What could be the reason?

My wife is getting periods twice in a month . She has PCOD and already consulted Dr. Kurian Joseph twice before leaving to abroad . The period twice a month has started from last month only. She never had this before. What could be the reason ? We cannot travel to India now and consult with Dr.Kurian Joseph. Please suggest

She needs to take appropriate medication to regularise her periods and also minimise her PCOs issue , apart from this her diet and physical activity also needs to be monitored and regulated.
