I have been bleeding every alternate week for a span of seven days(14 day cycle) with very scanty flow.What does this imply? What am i supposed to do? Is there any major complication?

Yes the pattern of bleeding in ur case is not normal..
Do an ultrasound to see whats the problem..
Also if u hv bn sexually active do a pregnancy test.
Hormonal issues , ovarian cysts, anovulatory cycles are all causes of this..
