Heavy bleeding for 1 week after HSG

Asked for Female, 29 Years

I have undergone IVF and before Frozen Et Doctor suggested HSG as she saw some collection near tubes. After Hsg I am having moderate to heavy bleeding for the last 1 week with mild cramping. What should I do ? when can I plan the embryo transfer if the periods are irregular with occasional spotting. sometimes I have mild spotting after intercourse as well. I have only 4 embryos and I can't risk wasting them if there is any underlying condition that needs to be treated
