  4. Menstrual cycle problem. Please suggest.

Menstrual cycle problem
Since last 2 months I am facing problem related to menstrual cycle. .periods are on time but flow is less as compared to previous months ..also last month I had flow for one day after 15 days of completing periods..now my periods are due..I had one drop yesterday and today. .just can't decide how many days in a month I'm in periods..my lifestyle is stressful .diet is also not good  .also  I m not yet married. .please suggest ..

you are facing hormonal disturbances which will be rectified with cyclical treatment after investigations
