Menstrual cycle irregularities
Iam 42 year old and my period got delayed by 2 and half months and went to doctor and got scanned and found the endometrial thickness to be 24 mm and took progesterone tabs .. after the second dose my cycle started and went on for 8 days .... and after 10 days again regular cycle started .. so any suggestions what to do and why this happens and this is first time all these happened... thank you
