For now you can go for symptomatic relief like tab.Meftal spas..But if it's problem in every cycle u need consultation and evaluation by a gynaecologist. You are having bleeding with the cramps no..Not just pain n no bleeding ..Or reduced bleeding ..
Next Steps
if you are sexually active and if it's bleeding after delayed cycle ..do one pregnancy test
