Menstrual cycle delayed
My wifes menstrual cycle getting delayed. Her last cycle start date was 29th jan. We have done urine preg test twice but result is negetive. One test done on 8 th march and 2nd test on 11th march. On 12th we have done beta HCG test and its negetive again.we had consulted with a gyno after saying negetive result she is asking to wait till 18th march and if cycle wont come then one medicine she wrote to have it for 5 days. Today is 16th march almost 46 day passed from her last cycle. Any suggetion why its getting delay?. We should wait or should do preg test again or to take that medicine to make period happen?.. pls suggest.Thanks!!

Your doctor's advice is correct. Delay in periods can be because of hormone imbalance. Since ßhCG is negative, there is no Pregnancy. You can proceed with medicines
