Menstrual cups or moon cups as they are also called are perfectly acceptable to use during menses. You will still need to follow the same care instructions as anywhere in the world. Washing it and disposing of the blood in a hygienic way. Drying and storing it in a cool place and replacing it regularly. You need to avoid leaving it inside after your period finishes and be aware that it cannot function as contraception.
