Menstrual Cramps
Ive been having my periods since I was 12 years old.
The cramping was always excessive.
But offlate it has gotten worse.
Unbearable.
I end up taking Mefthol Spas every time.

Hi there....the severe cramping could be due to many reasons like hormonal imbalance, pcod endometriosis, fibroids, stress and anxiety related. You will have to be examined throughly and even an abdominal scan might have to be done. Also it not advisable to take pain killers for long duration. So kindly consult a gynaecologist as soon as possible for further examination and management.
