Menstrual cramps
Hi Doctor,
My Menstrual cramps and back ache are very severe. Body ache start pre 1 week of date. I cannot walk due to pain. I cannot sleep or eat for 3 days. I take medicine Meftal spas when pain goes Unbearable. Is there any way to control this pain?

Hello there.
I can understand your concern.
You can take tab. Meftal-spas for pain management.
Apart from this, take a tab. Supracal pro once a day after food for 2 months.
Tab. D3MUST 60k once a week for 12 weeks.
Gradually everything will improve.
