Menstrual cramp
I am 26 year old female.For past few months just before my period I am feeling severe anal and lower intestinal cramp which seems to be relieved by defecation.These hampers my work life . Please suggest any medicine for it.Also I have an exam at the date of my period.Can I take the medicine prophylactically to avoid this pain?

These are nerve issues which are inter- related Yes you can take medication to avoid this pain better to take muscles relaxant it will be better.
