My menses is irregular in recent months... I have correct 28day menses cyclic process... Bt i have started exercises for 20minutes daiky by watching a video whenafter getting my body obese... After tgat i have got irregular menses in 5months from april upto now... My started the menses it will complete on 7 days.. and after 15days the menses will start again from 2020april... After that the next menses will start after 28days... Nd next menses will be start on 15days after completing 28days menses and next menses willbe after 28days...15 days.. 28days.. This is my now menses problems.. What will be the reason for this.. Is there any serious health problem to my body??

1. Ultrasound pelvis done for uterus tubes and ovaries and endometrial thickness on day 2 of periods
2. Serum LH/FSH ratio on day two of periods
3. Serum TSH and Serum Prolactin fasting levels early morning empty stomach
