Postmenopausal bleeding is harmless in 90 percent of cases. However in 10 percent of cases there may be some issues

You need to do the following tests 1. Pap smear 2. Ultrasound pelvis done for uterus tubes and ovaries and endometrial thickness 3. Serum TSH 4. Pipelles biopsy if endometrial thickness is more than 5 mm
