Hello   I gave a grade 2 meniscus tear in my knee area what would be the best treatment apart from surgery?Physiotherapy?

It depends upon duration of injury and your functional limitations. If its a recent injury without any problem in balance then you can wait upto 4-6 weeks to let it heal. Platelet rich plasma therapy has shown good results for early meniscak tear. It imroves the recovery by releasing growth factors. So can also be an option. All this can be decided only by a proper examination by a doctor.

Depends on type of of tear and duration If locking of knee is not there can be managed
