Hello sir...Am ramesh 30 years old male...Iam suffering with Erectile dysfunction. Sometimes I use sildenafil and erection occurs..but during penetration my wife restricts in the beginning ie for 1 min or so because she needs time for the entry...within that 1 or 2 mins my erection falls down...Is this because of her restrction or because of my problem...normally for how many minutes should be erect outside while penetrating..

U seem to be suffering from performance anxiety due to overthinking about ur ability to satisfy your partner. Anxiolytic medicine will be helpful in ur condition. Do foreplay for more time.
