Does taking sex tablets for men affect fertility or the baby while planning a family. If i take a tablet before sex like Penegra . Will this affect the would be baby in any case. I am suffering from erectile dysfunction since lockdown an this looks to be a psychology impotence as I never faced such an issue earlier. Pls could u advise
