Hello, am a student ,26yrs old. am preparing for competitive exams and i study for long hours. i want to improve my cognitive function and memory retention and stress management. i heard few general Ayurveda medicines names brahmi rasayanam, saraswathi lehyam etc... which one i have to take and what is the procedure. presently am not going under any medications. i don't have any health issues. thanking you.
