Melatonin tablet
Is it okay to take melatonin tablet in low dose (3-5mg) without prescription to treat insomnia. I have been facing problem to sleep since a month.

Please Instead do following.... Do meditation regularly before going to sleep Put some cow ghee drops in both nostrils regularly at night Take Tab tagara by Himalaya 1 Twice a day for 3 months to regularise your sleep cycle naturally And Tab macfresh 1 at nt for few days only
