Melasma spots on cheeks n neck
I'm a woman of 34 yrs. Suffering from melasma from last two years .brown spots on my cheeks n neck.plz suggest me what to do.thanks..

Melasma is difficult to treat but a lot of options are there. First and foremost, you have to follow strict sunprotection. Do not move out of house without sunscreen application 20 mins prior. Creams can be prescribed for melasma. Chemical peels also work a great deal in the initial stages to reduce the pigmentation which can later be maintained with creams. Laser peel or skin toning can also be tried. Please send photos or visit a dermatologist for treatment.
