Melasma (black spots)
Hi doctor,
I dont even know if its melasma coz a doctor had jus seen it n tol that its melasma, i have been getting black spots all over my face from past 6 months, my medical reports are absolute normal, i have been taking M2tone syrup to get regular periods, its only been increasing from past 6 months, i have been using an spf50 , i hardly go into the sun, i dont have heridity problems, i just dont know wat the problem is, please suggest me an effective remedy, iv tried al fading creams but for no use, its oly damaged my skin, please help im getting depressed due to this, my happiness is lost, i dont feel confident anymore, please help me find my happiness and confidence back
