Melanoma??
Does this look like melanoma? Had the mole for almost 3 years, dark spot appeared a few months ago after I accidently scratched the mole and made it scab. 3mm, doesn't itch, or hurt, doesn't seem to have changed shape or grow, no family history of skin cancer.

It could me melanoma if it increase in size
So first take some Allergic treatment if not received take biopsy and confirm malignancy

It doesn't look like the melanoma based on the history you provided. However ,it should be biopsied if you notice increase in size ,change in colour,etc.
It's always better to consult a dermatologist
