Melano-TX Cream is a prescription medicine having a combination of medicines that are used to treat melasma. It helps in brightening of the skin. It prevents premature ageing and reduces wrinkles. It will help reduce the pigmentation but not work on the scars if thats ur concern. Consult a Dermatologist for the same.
