Meftal spas intake
My wife had painful periods she has hard stomach aches at that time, doctors suggested meftal spas whenever there is a lot of pain, she had once in the morning if she has pain in the evening can she have it again? Will it affect like loose motion or something due to heat of the tablet or something.Please help

Yes she cn take upto even 3 tabs in a day.however if she has such severe dysmenorrhea you need to get an ultrasound pelvis done to rule out endometriosis, fibroids , adenomyosis and other causes of pain.
