Meftal P gap between 2 doses
Doctor, daughter is 5 yrs abd weight 21 kgs. Dentist has prescribed Meftal P for tooth ache. What should be the dosage and gap between 2 doses.

The dosage and type of medicine required for toothache depends upon the condition of tooth clinically as well as through x ray..Only a painkiller alone would not give the permanent results, you should a visit a dentist to start the treatment required alongwith analgesic medicine..The time gap for Meftal P tablet can be 6 hours either u can prefer Ibugesic Tab if you do not get relief..

The kid should be given the medicine after meals that is after lunch and dinner. Minimum gap between the two doses should be 6 hrs

Calpol is a milder analgesic and u can give 1tsp is d gap bet 2 doses can be 6 hrs
