Meftal forte safe during pregnancy first
Having upper abdomen pain and back pain. Is meftal forte safe to take? Also can we apply volini cream?

No actually during pregnancy its not safe.. you can only take paracetamol. Better to avoid medicines.. use hot bag for pain relief.
