You should give her tepid sponging to reduce the temperature and make sure she remains hydrated. If the fever is persistently high I would advise you to visit the nearest MD general medicine so that she can be evaluated and treated accordingly.

Hi...the medication that u are taking currently has paracetamol and is the drug of choice in dengue..to bring down the temperature u can do sponging with cold water and continue taking dolo. Repeat platelet counts as advised by the doctor as that is the very crucial in dengue
Next Steps
Adequate rest and repeat platelet counts at least once a day or as advised by doctor
Health Tips
- adequate rest - plenty of fluids (water, tender coconut, juices, buttermilk) - cold water sponging for fever - continue paracetamol
