These tablets have to be taken once daily after food. It's preferable to take iron after dinner and don't take Calcium and iron together.

Orofer XT is iron - better to be taken empty stomach and if not tolerating empty stomach - should take along with meal. Never after meal otherwise it won't get absorbed Tab shelcal 500 mg should be taken twice a day after food Multivitamins once a day

A2z can be taken  any time  in the day preferably half an hour  before  food. OROFER  XT better after lunch. Shecal 500 half an hour before  breakfast .
