I have few questions regarding my dosage I'm taking multivitamin and brain DHA in the morning along with percin 600 and urispas as I have got pain when passing urine recently And I had to take Vitamin D tablet , Can vitamin D be taken in night time ? Also I'm taking Husk powder and Kinlax plus for ease bowel movement as I had episiotomy sutured in layers in my delivery , so Vitamin D and husk powder , kinlax plus along with Uripas in the night are advisable or not ?
