Hi, I am sorry you are feeling this way. I am sure it is tough. It looks to me that you are feeling addicted to the medication which is generally an after effect of medication for depression etc. it looks like there is some emotional trauma stored In Your subconscious mind that is causing you the symptoms you are experiencing. The medication is helping you suppress the symptoms of the trauma like anxiety but it’s not helping you release the stuff emotionally. I’d strongly recommend you to sit with a therapist and process the emotions you are storing in your subconscious which are demanding a release. Once that is done you might get off medication completely and feel good without it. The addiction to the medication is also because the underlying trauma is unhealed. The moment you don’t have medication you will start to feel down and then to feel slightly better you take the medication. It’s a vicious cycle. You’re learning and growing now as well. Stay
Next Steps
I can help you work on the trauma which will help you move into a space of de addiction. Love and healing ❤️‍

Start with Homeopathic medicine along with clonotril. It can be tapered off slowly as per your progress. Your concern can be well treated with counseling sessions and homeopathic medicine effectively.

Hi Stopping medication all of a sudden might lead to withdrawal symptoms and therefore it is important to speak with your psychiatrist first. He might reduce your intake slowly overtime, so that you can finally stop taking them (under your doctor's supervision). Till the time you are working with your psychiatrist to reduce medication, you can reach out to a counseling psychologist if you'd like to manage your emotions and anxiety. I specialize in Anxiety, stress management, self exploration, wellbeing, and issues related to self-esteem and self confidence. I use mindfulness based CBT (Cognitive Behavior Therapy) with the inclusion of DBT (Dialectical Behavior Therapy), SFBT (Solution Focused Brief Therapy), and Art modalities. These helps in self awareness and we can create an anxiety tool-kit together so that you can use it when you need it.

Hi... To continue or discontinue a medication, psychiatric consultation is a must. These are not like paracetamol tablets. They take time to reach our brain and also to wash out completely. Also, consider taking psychotherapy/counselling to address your anxiety related issues. It is a combination of therapy and medication that works well.
Next Steps
Consult a Psychiatrist for Medication discontinuation. Consult a Psychologist for Counselling. CBT along with Lifestyle Changes and Interpersonal Guidance & Counselling is required.
