Your brother’s BP (135/85) and heart rate (88–94 bpm) are in a manageable range but require regular monitoring. Anxiety, behavioral changes, and violent tendencies post-doctor visits indicate a psychological issue, possibly linked to stress, generalized anxiety, or an underlying mood disorder. A psychiatrist can evaluate these symptoms and recommend strategies like therapy or lifestyle changes. Incorporate calming routines (e.g., mindfulness, light exercise) to manage anxiety, and track behavioral patterns to identify triggers. Consult a cardiologist to review his BP trends and overall health. Early intervention by specialists will ensure his physical and mental well-being is effectively managed. Stay hopeful!
