Fol123 is a Vitamin tablet and prescribed for ladies planning pregnancy. It has minimal or no side effects. Hence these can be taken without any issue. However, the other two medicines mentioned above requires detailed evaluation and further discussion. These medicines can only be prescribed after your doctor has taken a detailed history of both you and your husband and also had a look at your reports.
