Maxtra drops 10 drops bd. For these patients there is no fixed dose. You can give increased dose. I give Indian herbs which are effective and efficacious and tasty.150ml of drinking water+fresh crushed ginger+3black whole peppers+3 Cloves. Boil this concocctions to concentrate to 100ml. Cool it .
