I am taking propranolol 40 mg for tremors from 10 days but now I want to stop it can I stop it suddenly or should I reduce the dosage slowly plz my doctor prescribe me this but I want to stop this treatment plz guide me

First of all as u r 19 year old and tremors are not common so it would be better if u consult doctor because tremors can be due to smoking , anxiety , thyroid or underlying heart condition or due to cns condition . So it would be better u should contact doctor nd try to.find the cause. U can stop propranolol

Propranolol should not be stopped abruptly Gradually decrease the dose If 40 mg once a day then make that 20 mg once a day for fee days and then stop
