Medicine for menstrual cramps
Is there any medicine which is safe to take every month for menstrual cramps and nausea?
My period cramps happen on first day and most of the times lasts long for 7-8 hours and some times for whole day and i feel nauseas along with cramps. I am not able to do any work and just eat fruits during cramps because salty food makes me vomit.
My periods always come on time. The flow and the colour of blood is normal. And cramps happen only for one day.
