Visiting Kedarnath with my parents(52,56). Please suggest if we should take Diamox tablet in order to avoid altitude sickness.

Sure you can carry
Make sure to take it before starting the Ascent of mountains. It is more effective if taken ahead of time rather than taking after symptoms start
