Triglycerides can come down by just making dietary modifications. Remove sugars and fruits from your diet and add more fibre. Cholesterol can be reduced by eating a plant based diet. I help my patients correct their clinical reports by just making dietary modifications like these. They get remarkable results. Try it out for a few weeks and you'll feel the change. Avoid medication for this. Good luck!
