You will have get the nature of the cough assessed. Is it dry? Wet? Does the chest have any sort of noise. As for loose stools please describe in detail.

Would not suggest starting medicactions without consulting as cause of cough needs to assesed and treatment has be accordingly... For loose stools usually antibiotics may not be needed in all cases gramogy can cause vomiting..
