Which medicine will be good as alternative of D-fax LS 50mg and mirtex 7.5mg. I am having difficulty in finding these medicine at shop.

There are many brands with same name.. Desvelafaxine and mirtazapine are molecules are u taking. U can get other alternatives with prescription only..
